1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of strive11store.com, including any content, functionality, merchandise, and services offered through the website.

The website and online store are owned and operated by Strive 11 Fitness LLC.

In these Terms:

"Strive 11 Fitness," "Strive 11," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Strive 11 Fitness LLC.
"You" and "your" refer to any visitor, customer, purchaser, or other user of the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

Do not use the website or submit an order when you do not agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase, or you must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

By submitting an order, you represent that:

3. Shopify and Third-Party Fulfillment

Our ecommerce store is powered by Shopify.

We use Printful and may use other service providers to manufacture, process, package, ship, track, and support merchandise orders.

Your purchase is made from Strive 11 Fitness LLC, not directly from Printful. Printful provides manufacturing and fulfillment services for our store.

We may provide Shopify, Printful, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-management providers, analytics providers, and other service providers with information reasonably necessary to:

Operate the store
Process payment
Manufacture products
Ship orders
Provide tracking
Review order problems
Process approved replacements or refunds
Detect unauthorized transactions
Provide customer service
Comply with legal obligations

Our collection and use of personal information are addressed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Most or all merchandise sold through the store is produced after an order is placed.

Because products are made to order:

Production may begin shortly after payment is approved
Changes and cancellations may become unavailable quickly
Properly produced merchandise may be final sale
Minor production variations may occur
Products may ship from different fulfillment facilities
Products within one order may arrive separately

Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Product Information and Images

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, mockups, prices, colors, sizes, and availability.

However:

Product images may be digital mockups or representative examples
Screen settings and lighting can affect displayed colors
Printed or embroidered colors may differ from digital colors
Print or embroidery placement may vary slightly
Garment measurements may vary within ordinary manufacturing tolerances
Fabric texture, shade, fit, and construction may vary by product or production batch
Product packaging may differ from images
Product manufacturers may modify specifications

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, size chart, product options, care instructions, and order details before making a purchase.

We may correct descriptions, availability, prices, typographical errors, and other inaccuracies when discovered.

6. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, approved, or confirmed as fulfillable.

We may accept, reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Fulfillment restrictions
Shipping restrictions
Incorrect pricing or product information

When we cancel an order after payment and before fulfillment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Notify us promptly when you discover an error. We cannot promise that an error can be corrected after production or fulfillment begins.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact Team@str11ve.com immediately when requesting an order change or cancellation.

We will make a reasonable attempt to assist, but we cannot promise that the request will be completed.

Once production begins, a product generally cannot be canceled or changed. This includes changes to:

Product
Design
Size
Color
Quantity
Printing method
Shipping method

When a cancellation is successfully completed before production begins, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices may not include:

Shipping charges
Sales or use tax
Value-added tax
Customs duties
Import charges
Brokerage fees
Other government or carrier charges

Applicable amounts will be displayed or collected when required and supported by the checkout system.

You authorize Strive 11 Fitness LLC and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total displayed during checkout.

We may change prices, promotions, availability, or shipping charges at any time before an order is accepted.

A price change ordinarily does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except when correction of an obvious error is legally permitted.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts, promotional codes, free-shipping offers, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Offers cannot be combined
Offers have no cash value
Offers are not retroactive
Offers may be limited by customer, product, quantity, location, or date
Offers may be withdrawn or corrected before an order is accepted
Only one promotional code may be used per order

Fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or unauthorized use of an offer may result in cancellation of the order.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery periods are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and complying with destination-country requirements.

Shipping, tracking, damaged-package, customs, and lost-package terms are contained in our Shipping Policy.

12. Returns and Refunds

Because merchandise is made to order, we do not ordinarily accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Buyer's remorse
Customer-selected size errors
Customer-selected color errors
Personal preference
Incorrect product selection by the customer

Eligible damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrectly fulfilled, or lost orders are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits a nonwaivable consumer right or remedy.

13. Personal Use and Resale

Products are offered primarily for personal use.

We may restrict or cancel orders that reasonably appear to involve:

Unauthorized resale
Fraudulent activity

Quantities materially exceeding ordinary personal use

Every product will remain available
Every color will display identically on every device
Every estimated delivery date will be achieved
The website will be free from every harmful component

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount you paid to Strive 11 Fitness LLC for that order.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury where the law prohibits such a limitation.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Strive 11 Fitness LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from:

Nothing in this section prohibits an eligible party from pursuing a claim in small-claims court or exercising a nonwaivable consumer right.

26. Severability

When any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed when necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

27. Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.

28. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, change in control, or transfer of store operations, subject to applicable law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms presented during a transaction or promotion, constitute the agreement governing your use of the store and purchase of merchandise.
